The cellar
Our cellar is located a few metres below sea level in an environment where the white stone of Syracuse, sandstone, comes together with the black stone of Etna, forming the perfect union for a cellar that boasts more than 200 labels amongst Sicilian, national and international wines.
Excellently air-conditioned, it also offers our guests the opportunity to take part in small guided wine and food tastings. It is also possible to organise themed dinners at our restaurant, with the attentive choice of wines and dishes by our executive chef and sommelier.
